Job Responsibilities

Payroll & Benefits Accounting: Support end-to-end Salary & Benefits accounting for US and International markets, managing payroll expenses, employee benefits, and payroll taxes.

Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Perform monthly Trial Balance reviews, reconcile bank accounts, payroll-related balance sheet accounts, and investigate reconciliation differences.

Financial Reporting: Prepare colleague loan reporting, severance reporting, business unit reports, and support internal and external financial reporting requirements.

Audit & Compliance: Support US GAAP and Local GAAP audits, ensuring strict compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Payroll Vendors, Payroll Operations, and Finance teams to resolve queries and escalate critical issues.

Process Improvement: Participate in finance process improvement initiatives and identify automation opportunities to support operational excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
Technical & Preferred Knowledge
Candidates with experience in **Payroll Operations, Benefits Administration, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Record to Report (R2R), and Controllership** will have an added advantage for this role. General Ledger Accounting and Financial Controls expertise is highly desired.
*Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Financial Operations, Accounting, or Payroll Finance is required along with a Commerce Graduate degree.*
