Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct independent oversight of enterprise-wide AI and ML-based models.

Support model validation across marketing, credit, fraud, and business risk use cases.

Perform gap assessments to strengthen controls and build frameworks aligned with regulatory standards.

Apply statistical and quantitative methods to solve business problems and improve analytical quality.

Communicate analytical findings, present results to internal committees, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
MBA or Master’s Degree (Economics, Stats, or related)
Experience
Relevant experience in model development or validation
Technical & Professional Foundation
Strong coding skills in R, Java, SQL, or SAS. Deep understanding of ML (Supervised/Unsupervised, Neural Networks, Decision Trees) and strong quantitative reasoning.
