Roles & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive financial reporting, forecasting, and business analysis, building sophisticated financial models to present actionable insights to leadership.

Provide strict financial controllership, improve process transparency, and partner deeply with business teams to manage costs and drive category growth.

Conduct rigorous weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reviews, optimizing vendor terms, margins, and operational costs.

Support proactive financial planning and forecasting for multiple product lines, working seamlessly with accounting teams on financial close processes.

Identify robust opportunities for automation and process improvements, establishing solid governance frameworks for financial controls (COSO).
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
Experience
4+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or advanced analytical roles, specifically focusing on financial reporting and modeling.
Technical & Core Competence
Exceptional skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. Deep knowledge of KPIs, financial metrics, and controllership. Proficiency with tools like SQL, MS Access, Oracle, SAP, or Cognos is highly desired, along with experience in process automation.
