Job Overview
Amazon’s Last Mile Analytics & Quality (LMAQ) team is hiring a Quality Associate in Hyderabad. The role provides first-line operational support for address resolution, geocode correction, map edits, driver support, static route management and other transportation-related activities.
The position involves performing quality audits, investigating exceptions, reviewing images/videos and customer interactions, identifying operational patterns and supporting process improvements. The role requires quick learning, multitasking and effective coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow SOPs to perform manual audits and resolve outliers and exceptions.
- Investigate images and videos and recommend appropriate actions.
- Listen to customer calls and transcribe information when required.
- Review emails and other information to resolve operational issues.
- Identify patterns from audits and contribute to process improvements.
- Respond to stakeholders within defined SLA requirements.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate teams according to established processes.
- Maintain daily work records using trackers and workflow tools.
- Meet SLA, productivity, quality and utilization targets.
Eligibility & Skills
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications is preferred.
- Experience communicating with managers and associates at different levels.
