Amazon is hiring a Financial Analyst Intern for its Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team in Bengaluru. The role supports business and finance leaders by producing financial analysis that helps drive corrective actions and informed business decisions.
The intern will help define business and financial metrics, develop weekly processes for capturing and analyzing KPIs, and work with financial data across budgeting, planning, forecasting, reporting, and controllership activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and deliver financial analysis for business and finance leaders.
- Support corrective actions and business decision-making through financial insights.
- Define business and financial metrics based on reporting processes and local business requirements.
- Develop processes to capture and analyze financial metrics weekly.
- Apply financial KPIs to business analysis to influence business decisions.
- Support corporate finance activities including budgeting and planning.
- Contribute to forecasting and financial reporting operations.
- Work extensively with financial data using Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL, and VBA.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives where applicable.
