In this role, you will manage sales incentive compensation operations, commission calculations, quota management, payout processing, financial analysis, and program governance for Amazon Ads Sales teams in India.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales incentive compensation processes, including quota distribution and attainment calculations.

Configure and maintain sales incentive tools and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Build payout simulation models, financial cost scenarios, and execute monthly and quarterly commission payouts.

Perform reconciliation, manual compensation adjustments, and investigate quota-related issues.

Collaborate with Sales, HR, Payroll, Legal, BI, and Finance teams to improve operational processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Core Competence Required
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Requires 1+ years of finance experience and 2+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, KPI Analysis, AP/AR, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.
*Preferred Qualifications: Experience with continuous process improvement, knowledge of TM1 and Data Warehouse technologies, advanced SQL skills, and strong stakeholder management abilities.*
