Key Responsibilities

Support month-end financial close activities, including sub-ledger and general ledger closing.

Perform general ledger reconciliations and balance sheet account analysis.

Conduct month-end P&L and Balance Sheet Flux Analysis and provide variance explanations to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and GRC governance requirements.

Support new business and system launches, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Eligibility Criteria
Core Competence Required
Candidates must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, Month-End Close, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Corporate Finance.
