Key Responsibilities

Perform month-end financial close activities and prepare accruals and financial reporting.

Analyse monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and support budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities.

Develop KPI reports, prepare headcount planning, and build business performance dashboards.

Perform financial modelling, ad-hoc business analysis, and support monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Automate and standardise finance processes, resolve data quality issues, and work with large datasets using Excel and financial systems.
Eligibility Criteria
Core Competence Required
Candidates must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher OR possess 1+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Reporting, Closing of Books, or Reporting & Analytics.
*Preferred Qualifications: Strong financial and business acumen. Retail industry experience. Knowledge of SQL, VBA, and Cognos. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.*
