Eligibility Criteria
Education
Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant finance experience. Background in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or corporate finance is highly preferred.
Technical & Core Competence
Deep expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Modeling, and Variance Analysis. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and financial systems like Oracle/Essbase to support complex business finance operations.
