Adani Group is hiring a Team Member Analyst in Ahmedabad to support its Corporate Finance function. In this role, you will perform financial analysis, develop valuation and financial models, assist in capital raising activities, prepare investor presentations, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on strategic finance initiatives.
You will work closely with senior management, treasury, legal, banking partners, investors, and rating agencies while contributing to debt and equity financing, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and corporate finance projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making, including scenario analysis and stress testing.

Prepare valuation models including DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transaction Analysis.

Support debt and equity capital raising initiatives and assist in transaction execution, documentation, and due diligence.

Prepare investor presentations, board reports, and monitor financial markets, interest rates, and investor sentiment.

Eligibility Criteria
Core Competence Required
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Requires 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Investment Banking, Treasury, or Financial Modelling.
*Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as CFA, FRM, or an MBA are preferred. Experience supporting debt and equity financing transactions and a strong understanding of capital markets.*
