Roles & Responsibilities

Process and verify financial transactions and invoices accurately, ensuring adherence to standard accounting processes and compliance guidelines.

Perform regular account reconciliations and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or errors in financial records.

Support the preparation of financial reports and statements, assisting in maintaining comprehensive financial documentation.

Work efficiently on invoice processing and payment workflows, handling assigned tasks within defined timelines.

Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors in a structured environment, and be flexible to work in rotational shifts as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from a recognized university.
Experience
0–1 years of experience. Freshers with a basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts are encouraged to apply.
Technical & Core Competence
Understanding of Record to Report (R2R) processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards. Familiarity with invoice processing, account reconciliation, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
