Roles & Responsibilities

Support end-to-end financial planning and analysis activities, driving accurate budgeting and detailed forecasting cycles.

Perform comprehensive variance analysis to interpret deviations, supporting strategic management decision-making.

Assist actively with period-end close processes, analyzing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow metrics to build impactful reports.

Analyze complex operational and financial data, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables and maintaining high reporting standards.

Collaborate with finance and operational teams to work on transaction reconciliations and support financial process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Any Graduation degree from a recognized university or institution.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, controllership, or core finance functions, including RTR and period-end close activities.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Record to Report (RTR), Budgeting, and Variance Analysis. Proficiency in SAP / SAP HANA, MS Excel, and P&L analysis. Experience in multinational or shared services environments is highly preferred.
