ABB is hiring Finance Analysts for its General Accounting team in Bengaluru, India.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform general accounting and financial transaction recording activities while maintaining accurate accounting records.

Support record-to-report (R2R) workflows, process general ledger entries, and execute quality checks on financial reporting data.

Monitor critical financial fluctuations and proactively assist in evaluating the accuracy of financial statements.

Assist with Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance activities, documentation preparation, and internal control testing.

Work seamlessly with accounting systems and ERP platforms (like SAP), supporting financial data gathering, entry, and operational analysis tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a closely related field.
Experience
Freshers / Entry-Level candidates are welcome to apply. Academic or internship exposure to accounting processes is preferred.
Technical & Core Competence
Basic understanding of General Accounting, General Ledger concepts, and Record to Report (R2R) operations. Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office tools. Willingness to learn and operate within enterprise ERP systems like SAP.
