Key Responsibilities

Reconcile and process positions related to complex Corporate Action events.

Manage client communications and notifications associated with Corporate Action and Proxy events.

Coordinate with relevant departments and units regarding critical, client-impacting activities.

Reconcile client instructions against eligible holders and execute client voting instructions for Proxy events.
