As a CA Industrial Trainee at Microsoft, you will not only engage in core finance, direct/indirect taxation, and compliance operations but also contribute to building analytics and automation solutions using Power BI, SAP, and AI tools like Copilot to simplify complex finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support GST returns, reconciliations, compliance tracking, data validation, refunds, and Invoice Management System (IMS) activities.

Assist with direct tax activities including tax audit reports, income tax returns, and income computations.

Perform financial and operational data analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, cash flow analysis, and working capital tracking.

Identify opportunities to simplify processes and build automation solutions using Excel, SAP, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Copilot.

Prepare management dashboards, support audit readiness, and present insights, risks, and recommendations to business stakeholders.
