Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor intraday service levels for all queues and operational sites.

Track real-time agent performance metrics and drive adherence to planned capacity.

Communicate changes in contact patterns to operations teams and support routing profile adjustments.

Prepare and send performance reports covering shrinkage, occupancy, and NPT.

Handle real-time escalations, management queries, and support special operational projects.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduate (Any Discipline)
Experience
1–3 Years (WFM / RTA Preferred)
Operational Readiness
Must be able to manage real-time operational demands, handle escalations, and work in a dynamic business services environment.
