Key Responsibilities

Support US-based event teams and manage Deloitte Greenhouse data capture, maintenance, storage, and systems of record.

Develop, code, test, edit, and deploy surveys, primarily supporting execution using tools like Qualtrics.

Develop Qualtrics reports, comprehensive dashboards, and standard survey reports to visualize and present data findings clearly.

Apply data analysis and synthesis techniques to generate proactive insights from survey data to support executive decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria
Core Competence Required
Candidates must have an MBA or equivalent qualification along with 1–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, synthesis, dashboard development, and reporting.
