Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update core datasets including asset performance and market evidence.
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and regular quality audits.
  • Generate standardized reports and prepare dashboards for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with Digital & Data Lead for weekly priorities and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for automation of recurring data tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (Business/Tech)

Experience

2+ Years (Real Estate Preferred)

Technical Skills

Advanced Excel (Pivot, Formulas) and proficiency in Power BI/DAX is highly required.
