Amazon is hiring a Business Analyst for its Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Data team. The role will support reporting and business intelligence requirements for the Safety Performance Insights (SPI) team, helping the organization use data to improve workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
The Business Analyst will identify relevant metrics and dimensions, define analytical requirements, and work closely with business stakeholders and Data Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities

Identify metrics and dimensions that provide insights into program performance.

Define business requirements for data and reporting solutions and partner with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs.

Work closely with Data Engineering teams to design required data assets and develop short-term and long-term BI analysis requirements.

Analyze data to identify business insights and performance trends to support the roadmap for Safety Performance Insights initiatives.

Study cross-effects of safety programs on other business areas and use data and metrics to support business decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess 1+ years of data analysis experience. You must have proven experience using Excel or Tableau, handling SQL/ETL, and utilizing data and metrics to derive actionable business insights.
