Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive financial analysis and modeling of structured finance transactions.

Evaluate, underwrite, and actively monitor assigned portfolios while identifying key risks and strengths.

Analyze credit exposures, assess risk factors, and support the approval of financing transactions.

Utilize AI tools and relevant risk analysis systems to enhance analytical efficiency and deal structuring.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Securitized Products, Corporate Banking, Treasury) and communicate findings via memos and presentations.
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience
Candidates must have relevant experience in credit or underwriting. Strong proficiency in financial analysis and modeling is required, ideally with exposure to structured finance or asset-backed markets.
