Job Responsibilities

Identify customer accounts, decision-makers, and product champions using internal and external data.

Analyze customer adoption journeys and develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and segmentation strategies.

Support Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives that drive product adoption and customer success.

Leverage AI tools and Python to automate customer research, analytics, and segmentations.
