Support planning, coordination, and execution of day-to-day program management activities.

Review financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to monitor budget utilization.

Investigate financial inconsistencies, analyze accounting transactions, and ensure compliance with financial controls.

Manage accrual bookings, cost center governance, and review payments for accurate expense allocation.

Eligibility Criteria
Technical & Core Competence Required
Candidates must have a solid foundation in **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), MIS Reporting, and Budgeting**. Hands-on expertise using **Advanced Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Power BI/Tableau for dashboarding, and enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, TM1, Essbase)** is essential to successfully govern financial controls and generate actionable business insights.
*Please Note: 7–10 years of prior experience in Program Management, Business Finance, FP&A, or Business Management is required for this role.*
