As a Senior Analyst, you will lead monthly financial close, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning activities for the Transfer Solutions business. You will work closely with Finance Business Partners, regional teams, and senior leadership to deliver financial insights, improve planning processes, and support strategic business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead monthly financial close activities and perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.

Manage annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, preparing financial plans and operating reviews.

Maintain financial data integrity using Hyperion and other enterprise planning systems.

Drive process automation, consolidate Transfer Solutions financial results, and support quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Eligibility Criteria
Technical & Core Competence Required
Candidates must have strong expertise in **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting**. Experience utilizing enterprise planning tools like **Hyperion or Oracle**, alongside advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, is critical for success in this role.
*Please Note: A strong commercial background, strategic thinking, and exposure to automation and financial process optimization are highly preferred.*
