Roles & Responsibilities

Support month-end financial close activities, including reviewing general ledger and sub-ledger reconciliations.

Perform detailed balance sheet account analysis and conduct P&L and balance sheet variance (Flux) analysis.

Prepare accurate financial reports for stakeholders while ensuring strict compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Review balance sheet reconciliations, resolve outstanding issues, and support internal and external audit activities.

Maintain GRC compliance, participate in new business/system launches, and support UAT for accounting and financial reporting systems.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
Experience
1–4 years of relevant corporate finance, accounting, or financial reporting experience.
Technical & Core Competence
Deep expertise in Transfer Pricing, General Ledger Accounting, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, and Flux Analysis. Proficiency with financial tools like Oracle, Essbase, SQL, and advanced Microsoft Excel is strictly required.
