Roles & Responsibilities

Support quarterly collection, validation, and reporting of operational data.

Analyze customer-reported data to identify potential revenue leakage and deliver detailed customer performance analysis and insights.

Perform analytics and research on operational performance metrics and support projects related to revenue drivers.

Communicate with customers to resolve reporting discrepancies, and provide support and training on QMR-related processes.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or related field.
Experience
Relevant experience in analytics, reporting, business analysis, operational reporting, or FP&A preferred.
Technical & Core Competence
Deep expertise in Data Analysis, Operational Reporting, and Business Analytics. Candidates must be proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel, Data Validation, and Performance Metrics Analysis. Experience in process improvement or operational change management is preferred.
