Roles & Responsibilities

Perform general accounting and financial transaction recording activities.

Classify and record financial transactions accurately while executing quality checks on financial reporting data.

Monitor reporting fluctuations, identify discrepancies, and assist with financial data gathering and entry.

Support Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance and participate in internal control testing activities.

Prepare accounting documentation, support basic financial analysis, ensure statement accuracy, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
Experience
Freshers and entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Academic or internship exposure is preferred.
Technical & Core Competence
Candidates must possess a foundational understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, General Ledger concepts, and Accounting Principles. Exposure to SAP ERP systems and MS Excel is highly advantageous.
