Roles & Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while preparing accurate performance metrics.

Conduct detailed variance analysis and financial reporting by analyzing complex operational and financial data.

Support period-end close operations, transaction analysis, and complex financial reconciliations within tight deadlines.

Work actively on P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Any Graduation degree from a recognized university.
Experience
3–5 years of proven experience specifically in FP&A or Finance Operations roles.
Technical & Core Competence
Must have strong expertise in controllership, Record-to-Report (RTR), or core finance processes. Hands-on experience with SAP / SAP HANA, budgeting, forecasting, and deep analytical skills in MS Excel are highly preferred.
