Job Overview
BlackRock is hiring an MS Dynamics CRM Developer/Engineer Associate for its Gurgaon office.
The company is looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, CRM customization, integrations, and enterprise application development. In this role, candidates will work with BlackRock’s Dynamics Solution Center team to build and enhance CRM solutions for global sales and service teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, customize, and meticulously configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules for client-facing and enterprise teams.

Develop and maintain custom entities, workflows, business rules, dashboards, views, and tailored forms.

Seamlessly integrate Dynamics 365 with SharePoint, Azure, Power BI, and other enterprise systems, handling secure data migration.

Build automation and business solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and write custom enhancements in JavaScript, C#, and .NET.

Troubleshoot complex system errors, optimize platform performance, provide technical end-user support, and strictly document technical specifications.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in a technical role, with at least 1 year dedicated to Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform engineering.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and configuration. Deep knowledge of the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI). Hands-on experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, and integrations via Azure and SharePoint.
