Roles & Responsibilities

Resolve complex settlement and refund discrepancies directly with banking partners and merchants.

Perform deep-dive transaction and refund reconciliations to maintain accuracy in merchant payouts and operations.

Address merchant, customer, and bank-related operational queries efficiently by managing and responding to open cases within FreshDesk.

Monitor transaction-level fund inflows and outflows, ensuring SLA compliance for all financial and operational activities.

Generate insightful weekly and monthly operational reports, coordinating actively with Finance, Sales, Support, and Technical teams.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, etc.).
Experience
Prior relevant experience in reconciliation, financial operations, or payment operations is highly preferred.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong expertise in reconciliation and settlement operations. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. Experience with Tableau (or similar analytical platforms) and ticketing/support tools like FreshDesk. Deep understanding of transaction processing workflows.
