Roles & Responsibilities
Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Development

Identify and systematically evaluate investment opportunities in highly promising growth-stage companies.

Conduct thorough market research, build comprehensive sector analysis reports, develop robust investment pipelines, and meticulously track potential deals.
Deal Evaluation & Underwriting

Build advanced financial models and solid investment theses to support deal execution.

Analyze target business performance, critical KPIs, and unit economics; prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee.

Coordinate the full scope of due diligence with internal expert teams and external partners.
Portfolio Management & Value Creation

Monitor ongoing portfolio company performance, prepare regular reports, and rigorously analyze financial results versus original projections.

Update dynamic financial models and performance metrics consistently, while proactively supporting strategic value-creation initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
MBA in Finance is required. Additional CA / CFA certifications are highly preferred.
Experience
2–5+ years of demonstrable experience in private equity, investment banking, or rigorous equity research.
Technical & Core Competence
Deep expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques, investment analysis, and deal evaluation. Exceptional understanding of financial statements, market research, industry analysis, and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
