Job Overview
PwC is hiring an Associate for its Valuations & Financial Modelling team within the Deals Advisory practice in Bengaluru, India.
This role focuses on providing valuation analysis for mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and other strategic transactions, helping clients make informed financial decisions. As an Associate, you will work on financial modelling, valuation frameworks, and business analysis across a variety of industries.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive business and asset valuations utilizing rigorous financial models and industry best practices.

Develop and critically analyze Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models alongside precise cost of capital calculations.

Support global engagements spanning M&A, restructuring, and strategic corporate transactions with insightful financial data analysis.

Prepare highly detailed valuation reports, actionable insights, and dynamic presentations for critical decision-making processes.

Conduct thorough industry and market research, collaborating seamlessly with team members and key stakeholders to meet strict deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a recognized and reputed institution.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in valuations, financial modelling, or corporate finance. Relevant internship experience is a plus.
Technical & Core Competence
Deep understanding of financial modelling, valuation techniques, DCF analysis, and cost of capital calculations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of financial databases (Bloomberg, Capitaline) is highly preferred.
