Job Overview
Razorpay is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to manage and support enterprise merchant clients post go-live in Bengaluru, India.
This role focuses on building strong technical relationships with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless adoption of Razorpay’s fintech products and solutions. You will serve as the key technical liaison between Razorpay and its enterprise merchants.

Roles & Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise merchants, acting as the primary point of contact for technical queries.

Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and ensure timely resolution of customer challenges to provide a seamless product experience.

Escalate complex bugs and collaborate tightly with engineering teams for rapid fixes while keeping the client informed.

Advocate best practices, guide clients to optimize product usage, and gather valuable feedback to contribute to future product enhancements.

Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with sales, product, and engineering.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience
2+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS roles in a customer-facing technical environment.
Technical & Core Competence
Basic understanding of programming concepts. Knowledge of SaaS products, integrations, and understanding of APIs for technical troubleshooting. Experience with tools like Jira, Zendesk, or similar platforms is required.
