Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze complex business problems and develop high-impact strategic solutions across the TMT (Telecom, Media & Technology) sector.

Conduct thorough market research, data analysis, and financial modelling to support client engagements and business decisions.

Work on business process optimization, operational improvements, and large-scale digital transformation projects.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality consulting outputs, project deliverables, and strategic presentations.

Build internal knowledge, contribute to thought leadership, and travel frequently (50–70%) to client locations globally.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
MBA / B.E / B.Tech / CA or an equivalent relevant degree.
Experience
Experience in the consulting or telecom industry is required, with exposure to strategy, operations, or transformation projects preferred.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong knowledge of the telecom industry and TMT sector. Understanding of financial operations (AP/AR), procurement, and governance. Knowledge of process frameworks (BPM, ITIL, eTOM, SCOR) and familiarity with tools like ARIS and Signavio is highly preferred.
