Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and enhance features in the 5G NR protocol stack, contributing to next-generation wireless communication technologies.

Work heavily on Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer 3 protocol development, implementing system-level feature coding and unit testing.

Collaborate with internal testing teams and external stakeholders to debug and resolve complex technical issues in communication systems.

Contribute to software performance optimization and overall system improvements while strictly following industry standards such as 3GPP specifications.

Support the comprehensive development and validation of telecom software features in a fast-paced, innovative technical environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ECE, EE, CE, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in software engineering or a related domain. Freshers with a relevant academic background are highly encouraged to apply.
Technical & Core Competence
Familiarity with 3GPP 5G NR specifications and a solid understanding of wireless communication protocols. Programming knowledge in C/C++ is highly preferred. Knowledge of protocol stack development (NR/LTE) and embedded systems is advantageous.
