Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain features for large-scale applications, particularly the Office Android applications.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and global engineering teams to define and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Optimize application performance and memory usage to enhance the overall user experience and system efficiency.

Participate in code reviews, debugging processes, and identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, ensuring high-quality code with strong performance and reliability standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience
4+ years of software engineering experience. Proven experience in designing large features or small products.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong coding skills in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. Deep experience in Android development (Java, Kotlin, C++), Android SDK, NDK, and UI frameworks. Solid understanding of performance optimization, debugging, and CI/CD pipelines.
