EY is hiring an Associate Analyst – Data Analytics – Risk Management Services for its Global Delivery Services (GDS) network in Gurgaon.
The role focuses on compliance monitoring, risk management, reporting, dashboard reviews, workflow automation, and process improvement across global service lines. You will work with digital tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, SQL concepts, and advanced Excel to support reporting quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analytics and Technical Excellence
- Execute process activities across regions and service lines accurately and efficiently.
- Use Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, SQL concepts, and advanced Excel to support reporting and analytics.
- Assist with dashboard reviews, data validation, workflow automation, and process improvement.
- Complete ad hoc assignments within agreed timelines and quality standards while managing deadlines.
2. Client and Stakeholder Management
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders across geographies.
- Gather requirements for reporting, dashboards, automation, and process improvements.
- Help translate business requirements into practical dashboards, reports, and workflow automation solutions.
- Explain dashboard insights, automation outputs, and technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
3. Risk Management and Quality Support
- Support global compliance monitoring processes.
- Help identify and mitigate legal, regulatory, and internal policy risks.
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting quality, performing self-reviews before submitting work.
Required Qualifications
