Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze and troubleshoot application-related issues, debugging and resolving problems within multi-component business applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system issues and implement effective resolutions to application support problems.

Document troubleshooting steps and technical solutions to build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for recurring issues.

Provide support and guidance to junior team members, taking ownership of tasks to eventually become a subject matter expert (SME).

Support continuous improvement of application support processes and tools, actively contributing to a stable and efficient support environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduation / Equivalent Qualification. 15 years of full-time education is strictly required.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in PHP. Relevant experience in application support, debugging, troubleshooting, or production support.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong proficiency in PHP programming language. Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), support methodologies, issue tracking, and resolution workflows. Ability to document technical solutions effectively.
