Roles & Responsibilities

Handle merchant disputes and chargeback cases across major card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).

Manage dispute workflows from chargeback to arbitration stages, including drafting reason-code-specific case narratives.

Assemble compelling evidence (CE) for representment and defense by reviewing payment data, logs, and transaction details.

Coordinate with internal teams, use dispute management portals for case handling, and support merchant education and prevention.

Maintain high accuracy and turnaround time under strict deadlines while supporting operational process improvement efforts.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduate. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Commerce is highly preferred.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in merchant disputes, chargebacks, payment operations, or dispute resolution environments.
Technical & Core Competence
Practical exposure to VCR and MDR workflows, chargeback, representment, and arbitration stages. Hands-on experience with VROL, Mastercom, Amex/Discover portals. Ability to draft reason-code narratives and assemble compelling evidence.
