Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Research and Market Analysis
- Conduct field surveys and interact with local real estate brokers.
- Research luxury residential real estate and changing customer preferences.
- Analyse major real estate projects, their profitability, and performance.
- Study retail industry trends and existing and upcoming shopping mall supply.
- Research senior living developments and warehouse real estate markets across India.
Investment and Infrastructure Research
- Study Category II Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) focused on real estate.
- Research India's consumption trends and their impact on real estate asset classes.
- Analyse manufacturing and services sector trends.
- Research major infrastructure projects and their potential impact on real estate markets.
Database Management and Coordination
- Maintain databases of real estate projects, developers, and investors.
- Support the execution of valuation assignments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Help ensure research outputs and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
