UBS is hiring candidates for the role of CA Intern in Pune, India.
This is a strong opportunity for finance students and CA interns who want to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, balance sheet analysis, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and finance operations within a leading global financial services organization. The role is part of the Americas Regulatory Reporting – Liquidity Reporting and DBS team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Learn and develop a sound understanding of the Balance Sheet and support accurate delivery of finance and reporting outputs under strict timelines.

Handle assigned parts of reports independently with minimal supervision, identifying unusual items, unresolved breaks, and unreconciled issues.

Highlight and escalate reporting or reconciliation issues to supervisors, supporting problem-solving and suggesting solutions.

Maintain and strengthen key controls in daily reporting processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory procedures.

Collaborate with teams such as Treasury, LEC, Product Control, and Finance Change, building exposure across multiple business areas.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Student of Finance, pursuing a higher qualification such as CA or equivalent finance qualification.
Experience
Freshers are eligible. Internship or academic exposure to finance, accounting, or reporting is highly beneficial.
Technical & Core Competence
Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts. Ability to learn balance sheet reporting, understand financial reconciliations, and demonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
