Roles & Responsibilities

Resolve day-to-day IT support requests and user issues, ensuring support tickets are closed within defined SLAs.

Handle emergency and unplanned support activities, troubleshooting meeting room hardware and urgent laptop issues.

Support new hires with laptop provisioning, configure devices, and assist with onboarding-related technical support.

Retrieve hardware from exiting employees, manage decommissioning, and support hardware lifecycle and asset reuse.

Identify opportunities for IT process improvements and support the implementation of workplace technology enhancements.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree in a relevant technical field.
Experience
2+ years of experience working with IT systems, networks, endpoint device management, and incident management.
Technical & Core Competence
Experience with macOS, Chrome/ChromeOS environments, and Google Workspace. Familiarity with Jira/Atlassian, hardware troubleshooting, endpoint management, and IT administration best practices.
