Key Responsibilities
The Manager, Data and Analytics will build and maintain data models, curated datasets, and data assets that support business intelligence, reporting, insights, and predictive analytics.
- Build and maintain data models and curated datasets for BI, reporting, and predictive analytics.
- Support data quality automation, governance, and control frameworks.
- Align data assets with Enterprise Data Model (EDM) standards.
- Partner with data engineering and technology teams to support efficient, scalable pipelines.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Data Management processes.
- Develop and improve data remediation metrics and procedures.
- Improve project delivery efficiency, cost effectiveness, and sustainable data quality.
- Resolve complex queries and stakeholder escalations.
- Support management in making strategic decisions.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and coaching.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.

Eligibility & Preferences

Education Requirement: Any graduation or post-graduation.

Experience Required: At least 3 years of knowledge or experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Quality.

Preferred Qualifications: Python (Pandas/NumPy), PySpark or Scala, data visualization tools (Qlik Sense or Looker), and advanced Excel with VBA are highly preferred skills for this role.
