Role & Responsibilities
The Finance Intern will assist with financial planning and analysis across business units and strategic business units (SBUs). The role involves reviewing key financial and operational metrics, understanding performance variances, and supporting annual operating plans.
- Support weekly and monthly analysis of key business KPIs across lines of business and strategic business units.
- Analyze profit and loss (P&L), working capital (WC), and cash metrics, including major variance drivers.
- Help coordinate the Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes with business and ISC teams.
- Support midterm estimates, including 3+9, 5+7, and 8+4 forecasts.
- Assist with quarterly Short Range Outlooks (SROs) and summaries of risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate finance-related capital expenditure (CapEx) activities with relevant finance teams.
- Support compliance with corporate statutory requirements, US GAAP, and Honeywell accounting policies.
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as assigned.
- Help improve financial processes and reporting practices.

Education Requirement: Must be a CA student eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.

Experience Required: Internship opportunity. Previous commercial-site FP&A experience is highly preferred.

Internship Specs: 12-month duration, Work from Office model, Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Early joiners are preferred.
