Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst at Amazon, you will support the NCC – Remedy team by developing domain and process expertise, analysing business data, and delivering solutions that improve customer and associate experiences.
- Understand operational processes across the team.
- Manage high-severity requests by collaborating with different teams to mitigate risks to business operations and customer experience.
- Execute high-impact mitigation actions using relevant tools.
- Work with product teams and align them with the assigned focus area.
- Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Analyse business problems, identify root causes, and recommend forward-looking improvements.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
