NTT DATA Services is seeking a Data & Business Insights Associate in Coimbatore to support business intelligence projects through requirements gathering, data reporting, and collaboration with analytics and automation teams.
The role involves working with Data Analysts, Business Intelligence Analysts, Automation Engineers, and Machine Learning Engineers to develop visuals and features that support business intelligence initiatives. Candidates should have a basic understanding of data and reporting, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and working knowledge of at least one relevant programming language or analytics tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and prepare the necessary project requirements.
- Work under supervision with internal and external teams to understand customer needs.
- Elaborate on project details and requirements.
- Collaborate with Automation Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers.
- Work with Data Analysts and Business Intelligence Analysts to execute project deliverables.
- Support the development of new visuals and features for business intelligence initiatives.
- Apply technical writing and documentation skills.
- Use decision-making and problem-solving skills to address project requirements.
- Maintain flexibility in working hours based on business requirements, including UK or US shifts when required.
