Roles & Responsibilities

Execute client engagements in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and support internal/special process reviews.

Assist in process and controls optimization including SOX-related work and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

Analyse datasets to identify meaningful insights, trends, and control gaps, and create data visualizations.

Prepare reports, deliverables, status updates, and audit committee presentations with solution-oriented thinking.

Support engagement budget management, project execution, business proposals, and methodology development.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or MBA.
Experience
2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in Risk Advisory, Internal Audit, or related consulting functions.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong understanding of Internal Audit, GRC frameworks, SOX, ERM concepts, and risk analytics. Sector experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Retail is preferred.
