EY is hiring an Associate Analyst – Data Analytics for its Risk Management Services team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on supporting global compliance monitoring and quality processes across EY service lines.
It combines data analytics, reporting, dashboarding, automation, risk management, and process improvement. The position offers exposure to tools including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, SQL, Advanced Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute global processes related to Legal & Regulatory requirements and EY policy compliance.
- Support compliance monitoring and quality processes across different regions.
- Generate reports and support analysis for Global Service Line Quality leadership.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and workflow automations using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Perform reporting and data validation tasks using SQL and Advanced Excel.
- Review dashboards, analyze reporting outputs, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement, analytics initiatives, and digital solutions.
- Share knowledge and best practices related to digital tools, Microsoft Copilot, and automation.
- Handle ad hoc process activities and meet strict deadlines while maintaining work quality.
- Collaborate seamlessly with teams and stakeholders across different global regions.

Eligibility

Experience Required: 1–2 years of relevant professional experience for candidates with a postgraduate qualification.

Qualification: MBA or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Data/Business Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Core Skills: Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboarding, automation, process improvement, and analytics. High proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and SQL.

Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and stakeholder management. Experience with international client interaction is preferred.

Preferred Tools/Domain: Familiarity with audit processes, risk management, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI-enabled productivity tools (like Microsoft Copilot).
