The role involves analyzing financial and operational results, identifying variances against plans, supporting budgeting and forecasting, interpreting financial statements, and providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. The Financial Analyst will also support month-end activities, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze financial and operational data.
- Diagnose financial drivers and use analytics to develop recommendations.
- Conduct financial analysis for specific functions or business units.
- Support monthly expense and capital reviews.
- Provide inputs for budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze variances using operational analytics and financial insights.
- Interpret financial reports, forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow documents.
- Support month-end book-closing activities and financial reporting compliance.
- Maintain the integrity of internal and external reporting.
- Support priority projects through research and data analysis.

Eligibility

Experience Required: 0–2 years of work experience. Experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Qualification: Four-year degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. Equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence may also be considered.

Core Skills: Strong analytical and financial problem-solving abilities. Capable of diagnosing financial drivers and interpreting complex reports.
