Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operate resilient backend services and APIs for enterprise workflows and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Integrate LLM and prompt-based capabilities into production applications with appropriate guardrails and validation.
• Design and manage APIs with strong contract management, versioning, and integration patterns.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and orchestration workflows using LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Build and optimize vector search and embedding solutions using technologies such as pgvector or equivalent.
• Develop user interfaces for AI-powered applications and dashboards using React and modern front-end frameworks.
• Design persistence layers using relational and NoSQL databases.
• Implement event-driven and asynchronous processing patterns.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and release automation, alongside developing testing strategies.
• Implement observability through logs, metrics, tracing, and alerting to diagnose performance issues.

Skills & Technologies

Eligibility

• Experience Requirement: 1+ years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Qualification: BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Core Tech Skills: Strong experience building backend services and APIs using Java and/or Python. Understanding of distributed systems and service design.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud-native development and familiarity with AWS. Experience with CI/CD, modern deployment practices, and software testing.
• Preferred Experience: 1+ years of experience integrating AI/LLM functionality into enterprise applications. Familiarity with vector search, embeddings, RAG architectures, and AI guardrails.
