Job Overview

Accenture is hiring a Web Developer Associate in Mumbai for its Marketing Operations – Web Application Development team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining web applications, website architecture, templates, and front-end interfaces.

The position requires strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, cross-browser compatibility, responsive layouts, and web standards. The selected candidate will work as an individual contributor within a team and solve routine technical problems with guidance from supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop complex website architecture and structures from scratch.
  • Create static and dynamic XHTML/HTML structures and templates.
  • Develop websites using HTML 4.01, XHTML, and HTML5.
  • Follow semantic web and web development best practices.
  • Integrate web pages and modules with server-side structures.
  • Develop CSS3 stylesheets for individual pages and complete websites.
  • Implement pixel-perfect and cross-browser compatible designs.
  • Develop responsive layouts for mobile and tablet devices.
  • Create or customize JavaScript modules for websites.
  • Work with JavaScript libraries, components, and web standards.
  • Optimize JavaScript implementations.
  • Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders.
  • Support software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
